It's Been a While 😅. Still Fasting Though. Day 33/268. Last Known Weight @ 176.9 kg.

A lot has happened since my last post. رمضان and عيد الفطر came and went. And more than ever, I'm in a perfect position to carry on fasting without interruption.

A main reason I neglected to document my progress since last post was the difficulty of using and customizing the blogging platform on which I settled back then. This newer platform seems a lot more promising though, and should hopefully compel me to be more regular with my posts.

The other reason is not being able to settle on a process for taking and editing progress pictures. Being the extreme man I am, I'd settle for nothing less than full-frontal, rear, and side nudity in my progress pictures. And achieving that without getting disowned by my family or going to prison has proven to be very difficult. I'll figure something out though, so cheer up 😉.

While we're still on the topic of extremism, I've set a new goal of becoming a 100 kg by the end of 2025. That would mean a weight loss of 76.9 kg in 236 days or 34 weeks, which works out to a weight loss of 0.32 kg per day or 2.27 kg per week. This is physiologically possible if my past experience is anything to go by. Whether I'll be able to withstand the emptiness that comes from not eating for such extended bouts though remains to be seen.

Now that all is said and committed in public, all that remains is to toil in the mortal coil of the next 236 days. Until the next post 👋.
